2013 Winter/Spring Season
A-B
and Over 30
The A-B and Over 30 leagues will both be DRAFTED;
all skaters will be eligible to play as long as payment is made. Goalies who register will be chosen by the captains.
Registration:
The fee for each league is $110, and includes a jersey. You may play on more than one team, as long as payment is made for
each team. In order to play, you need to pay at least $60 (½ of the league fee
plus the $10 jersey fee) by January 16. If you have not paid, you will not
be in the draft and will not be on a team. There will be no exceptions or IOU’s!

Final
Payment: The final payment of $50 will be collected prior to the 3rd game of your season. If this
payment is not received, you will not be allowed to play.

Draft: January 17 @ 8:00pm
Over
30 Draft: January 17, immediately following A-B draft (approximately 9:30pm)
Open
Hockey: 8:00-10:00pm January 8-9-10 and January 14-15-16
A-B
Season begins: Tuesday/Wednesday, January 29-30
Over
30 Season Begins: Thursday, January 31
Next
Season: If you miss the January 16 deadline, you may either be placed on a waiting list or join the league
during the Summer Season, which will begin in late May.
Misc.
Notes: Don’t worry about the draft details – we will work out a fair system for the A-B league,
modeled after the successful Over 30 model. Also, if you must play with someone for transportation purposes, please let me
know. We will finally have uniform jersey colors in the A-B league, like the Over 30 has had for several seasons. And, don’t
fret - the captains should be able to pick most of their current teammates/friends – if not, trades can be made after
the draft. And a final note about the strict payment deadline – you now have until January 16 to save $60…if you
cannot do that, you probably shouldn’t be playing anyway.
