'B League Rule:
You may have 3 OR 4 'A' players on your team; however, you must have more 'B' players on your
team than 'A' players. So, if you have 3 'A' players, you must have at least 4 'B' players; if you choose to have 4 'A' players,
you must carry 5 'B' players. Goalies are included in all counts.
